One of the biggest problems when running a Martial Arts
school is making a consistent income. If a cash payer decides to not show up for
a class, then you don’t get paid. So why spend all your time and energy trying to
collect tuition from your students that hopefully show up, when we can do it for
you?
Not only will all this enable you to have that free time to concentrate on actually
teaching your students, it will also motivate your students to train. No longer
will cash payers put off paying you for ages by not showing up to class - how many

How does it work?
We will set up your school with its individual account and collect all your student’s
monthly tuition, then at the end of every calendar month, pay it straight into your
own bank account.
On the 5th and the 20th of each month, you will be able to access your report online;
giving you a breakdown of who has and who hasn’t paid, enabling you to prepare for
your payday on the 25th.
We will supply you with your first batch of contracts immediately upon joining,
so that you can start signing your students into your program straight away.
As soon as a contract is received and processed we will contact you by email to
let you know. We will also inform you if a student has given notice or cancelled
an account, so that you can be up to date of all your accounts activities.

What about non-payments?
You don't have to worry. We take the care of chasing unpaid funds for you so
you don’t have to worry about asking your students for their missed payments.
Why should you tarnish your relationship with your students over money, when we
can be the ‘bad guy’?
With school specific default payment letters, we will ensure that you get paid the
monies due to you, taking it as far as a debt collection company if you wish.
All this will be done in a professional manner, and as we are Martial Arts school
owners ourselves, we know how we would want students to be talked to.
